Mr. Mehdi Javidinejad attained his Executive MBA from the University of Houston in 1999, earning the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in the process. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Cum Laude) and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Dean’s Honors List) from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Additionally, he is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
In late 2022, Mr. Javidinejad played a pivotal role in the founding of Control and Measurement Technologies. The company’s mission revolves around catering to mid-level organizations with constrained resources by delivering Products and Engineering Design and Services. This encompasses the complete process from design and testing to evaluation, manufacturing, and supply of control and measurement products.
Previously, Mr. Javidinejad held the position of Director of Engineering for the Valve Solution Division at Forum Energy Technology in Stafford, Texas. His career journey also encompasses the creation of Transform Solutions LLC in 2016, a consultancy firm providing technical management, business process improvement, and operational excellence guidance to manufacturing and distribution operations teams. He took on the roles of General Manager and Vice President at Chromatic Industries, a startup Valve Manufacturer based in Conroe, Texas. Furthermore, he dedicated over eight years as the Director of Engineering for Tubular Inspection and Testing at National Oilwell Varco. During his tenure at NOV, he transitioned into the role of Director of Operational Excellence, overseeing the streamlining of business units following acquisitions. His responsibilities extended to over seven years as the Director of Six Sigma at Cameron International. He also served as the Division Engineering Manager in Cameron’s Valve Business segment for more than a decade. In the early stages of his career, he specialized in the realm of Metal Cutting Industries, with a specific focus on Tool Monitoring systems.
